Release Overview

Get My Full Report is now generally available for Carvia dealership partners. Starting today, anyone on your Vehicle Detail Page can unlock a private, interactive vehicle report — and your team can send that same experience directly to a named buyer in under a minute.

This is not a generic link to your website. It is a Carvia-hosted page for that exact vehicle: real photos from your inventory, Carvia Score, history insights, market valuation, ownership cost analysis, and an AI assistant the buyer can chat with — no login required.

The Problem We Solved

Carvia widgets and AI chat already build trust on your VDP — but reach was limited to whoever happened to land on that page. Dealers had no simple way to push the full story to a specific shopper after the lot visit ended.

When a salesperson texts or emails a car today, it is usually a raw dealer-site link. The buyer gets no Carvia Score, no structured insights, no valuation context, and no AI assistant. The dealership gets no proof the buyer ever looked. Everyone loses momentum.

Get My Full Report closes that gap. It gives your team a trustworthy, Carvia-branded artifact to send — and gives you visibility into whether the buyer opened it, engaged with it, and came back ready to talk.

What's New

Version 1.0 ships the complete shared-vehicle workflow — from the VDP button through delivery, tracking, and CRM handoff.

Core

Get My Full Report on your VDP widget

A prominent Get My Full Report button in the Carvia widget carousel opens a lightweight form. Shoppers can request their own report; dealer staff can check “I am the dealer” and send on behalf of the store with proper attribution.

Core

Private, per-buyer shared vehicle pages

Each send creates a unique, secure link to a Carvia-hosted page for that exact VIN. Pages are not indexed by search engines and are designed for one-to-one buyer handoff — the same premium experience as our sample report, populated with your real inventory data and photos.

New

Email and SMS delivery

Buyers receive a branded email with vehicle photo, personal message (if included), and a clear call-to-action. Optional SMS delivery is available with compliant opt-in. Dealerships control notification channels in Shared vehicle notification settings.

New

Lead capture and CRM delivery

Every share creates a lead with buyer contact info, vehicle details, and sender attribution. Leads can flow to your CRM in ADF format so nothing falls through the cracks between the showroom and your follow-up process.

New

Open tracking and seller notifications

See how many times each buyer opened their shared page — visible in your Carvia client portal. When a buyer opens a page you sent, your team can receive an email or SMS alert so you know it is time to follow up.

New

AI chat on every shared page

Buyers can ask questions about the specific vehicle through an embedded AI assistant — powered by the same vehicle context behind your VDP widgets. Chat opens are tracked as engagement signals.

New

Message dealer contact flow

A Message dealer button on every shared page lets buyers reach your team without hunting for contact info. Inbound messages are routed through Carvia with full vehicle context attached.

New

Dealer portal: Shared vehicle leads

A dedicated Shared vehicle pages view in your client portal shows every send: vehicle, buyer, sender, open count, email/CRM delivery status, and actions to copy the link or resend. Export leads for reporting and coaching.

How It Works

Two paths, one outcome: a buyer with a personalized report and your dealership with a captured, trackable lead.

For sales professionals

  1. On the VDP — While reviewing a vehicle with a shopper, tap Get My Full Report in the Carvia widget.
  2. Enter buyer details — First name, last name, and email or phone. Add a short personal message if you would like.
  3. Identify yourself — Check I am the dealer and add your name and work email so the lead is attributed to you.
  4. Send — The buyer receives their link. Copy the URL to paste into your CRM or text thread if you prefer.
  5. Follow up with confidence — Watch for open notifications and check engagement in your Carvia portal before you call.

For shoppers (self-serve)

Buyers browsing your VDP can tap Get My Full Report themselves, enter their contact info, and receive the same full interactive report. That creates a qualified inbound lead for your team — without requiring a salesperson to initiate the send.

Floor tip: After a test drive, send the report while the buyer is still in the showroom. They leave with the car's full story in their pocket — and you leave with a tracked lead and open alerts.

05

What Buyers See

When a buyer opens their link, they land on a clean, mobile-friendly page framed as: “[Your Dealership] shared this report with you.”

Included on every shared page

  • Real vehicle photos from your inventory feed
  • Carvia Score and risk factors
  • AI-powered buyer insights for that specific vehicle
  • Market valuation and history highlights
  • Verified records, mileage history, and ownership timeline
  • Ownership cost analysis
  • AI chat assistant — ask anything about this car
  • Message dealer button for direct contact

No account creation. No login. They tap the link from their email or text and they are in. If the vehicle has since sold, they see a clear no longer available message with a path back to your dealership — never a broken page.

06

What Your Dealership Gets

For general managers

  • New lead source, zero extra headcount — Every share creates a trackable lead with buyer contact info.
  • Proof of engagement — Open counts per buyer help your team prioritize hot prospects over cold follow-ups.
  • CRM-ready delivery — Leads flow into your existing CRM workflow in ADF format.
  • Salesperson attribution — Know who sent what when reps identify as dealer staff.
  • Portal visibility — Review all shared pages, resend failed emails, and export lead data from one place.

For marketing managers

  • Differentiated outbound — Send a branded Carvia experience instead of a generic inventory URL.
  • Consistent presentation — Every shared page carries your dealership name and the full Carvia report experience.
  • Private, per-recipient links — Shared pages are not indexed by Google; each link is personal to the recipient.
  • Measurable engagement — Track opens and chat usage to understand which vehicles and messages resonate.
